Your First Visit to Our Tacoma Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

Upon arriving to our office, you will be greeted by one of our friendly team members that will help you get acquainted with our facility.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll likely show you a short 5-minute video and then you’ll meet with one of our doctors.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. Allow approximately an hour for your first visit

Dr. Simmons Asks some important questions of interest to Tacoma residents - Chiropractor Tacoma Dr. Simmons Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
